WBNG Morning News Welcomes the Riverwalk Athletic Club
Beginning in August, join the Riverwalk Athletic Club on WBNG News every Monday morning from 6-7am for key health and fitness tips to help you make strides towards a healthier lifestyle. Everyone, regardless of their fitness level, has the ability to improve their health in some way, whether it is to lose weight, get stronger, or to simply reduce stress. Tune in each week for helpful health and fitness information.
Get Fit Challenge!
Our group of certified personal trainers will be leading us in a fitness challenge which will begin the first week of September. Five people will be chosen to participate. Each participant will be under the guidance of a personal trainer for a period of 12 weeks. A winner will be chosen at the end of 3 months based on specific criteria that will be completed by each participant. We will be accepting applications for participation beginning August 1st. “Friends of Fitness” Saturdays at the RAC
Come join the “Friends of Fitness” weight loss support group. Whether you want to lose 10lbs, or 110lbs, it’s not easy doing it alone. Let’s help each other by sharing strengths, weaknesses, triumphs, set-backs, strategies, and recipes. This is a motivational group with no requirements, no judgments, and no scales. Weight loss is a journey, and every journey can be better tackled with companions. Come help each other build a healthier tomorrow.
When: Every Saturday at 2pm starting August 17th
