Each of my personal training sessions incorporates flexibility, resistance, core, and cardiovascular conditioning for a total body workout. Every session is specifically tailored to fit the goals and needs of each individual. Whether your goal it is to be able to comfortably carry in a bag of groceries, create maximum muscle development, or simply improve total well-being, I will work to create the perfect fit for you. It is my job and passion to help motivate, direct, inspire, and teach in order for each individual to reach their desired outcome.
I use this philosophy in my training. The goals you set are your goals. You are the only one who can accomplish them. If you are willing to work hard and put forth the effort, I will teach you the tools you need to achieve your fitness goals, and to help you make fitness a lifestyle.

Dorita spent most of her life in Europe where she was born and her desire to exercise began. At a very young age she was a student of ballet and gymnastics. Figure and hockey skating was her passion and she was for years a part of many sporting events in Poland. With years passing, her life was always evolving around sport activities, even when she was pursuing her professional carrier in United States, the passion was always there. She stated that: “being active is as being in state of levitation, which frees us from our worries and bridges the mind and the body to state of powerful oneness and serenity”. Dorita’s strong interests in health and self-improvement pushed her to study and apply a wide spectrum of life disciplines as naturopathy, kinesiology, synergy, and proper eating and nutrition. Dorita is a certified personal and group trainer and university graduate with diplomas in International Business, Finance and School of Management.
Her theory on life is “stay fit, live strong and never, never, never give up. Promise?” If yes, contact Dorita via e-mail [email protected] or telephone 607-760-9286.

Daniel Pressman is a nationally certified personal trainer who graduated from Binghamton University. He is also a senior fitness specialist through the American Council on Exercise. After living a very unhealthy lifestyle himself for many years he came to discover just how transformative the world of health and fitness can be. He discovered health is not just about looking your best but a wholistic approach that includes making smart, realistic lifestyle changes to your nutrition, exercise routine, sleep patterns, stress levels, and doing what makes you happy.
He became a personal trainer to share his passion with others in hopes of helping others achieve healthier lifestyles as well! Going through this journey alone can be overwhelming and having somebody there to hold you accountable, educate you, motivate you, and guide you throughout the process can be invaluable. A lack of results whether it’s feeling better, looking better, or lifting more is frustrating and his goal is to help you achieve your goals in the most efficient, healthy way possible.
Some fun facts about Daniel include that he spends 99% of his time eating, was a ball boy at the US Open, performed on Broadway (kind of), volunteered in Africa this past summer and also “claims” to be funny.
