Each of my personal training sessions incorporates flexibility, resistance, core, and cardiovascular conditioning for a total body workout. Every session is specifically tailored to fit the goals and needs of each individual. Whether your goal it is to be able to comfortably carry in a bag of groceries, create maximum muscle development, or simply improve total well-being, I will work to create the perfect fit for you. It is my job and passion to help motivate, direct, inspire, and teach in order for each individual to reach their desired outcome.

Patrick Wastler initially became interested in fitness through racing motocross on a nationally ranked level. His experience in professional motocross sparked his passion for exercise science and led him into a career dedicated to fitness and personal training. First receiving an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration, in fall 2011 he furthered his education by pursuing a Personal Training Certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. In addition to his business degree and personal training certification, he is also a certified Corrective Exercise Specialist (NASM, 2012). He specializes in weight loss, corrective exercise, and overall fitness, instilling motivation, confidence and knowledge in his clients. Anthony Campo is both a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutritional Consultant from Penn Foster University. He is also a Performance Enhancement Specialist and Corrective Exercise Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Additionally, he is Red Cross AED and CPR certified. Anthony has a wealth of hands on knowledge as he boasts 5 years of practical experience in the field. He specializes in strength and conditioning, corrective flexibility and mobility, and diet and meal planning. He is personally motivated to exercise by his quest to not only become a more well rounded athlete but also to reach an Elite Level Power lifter status. His favorite activity is power lifting. As a competitive power lifter, Anthony holds raw junior state records for the Squat, Bench Press and Dead lift and he also won the 2009 World Championship in the 100% Raw Federation for the junior 181lb weight class. His philosophy revolves around utilizing both the most innovative and effective techniques to help people achieve all there unique fitness goals.
Dorita spent most of her life in Europe where she was born and her desire to exercise began. At a very young age she was a student of ballet and gymnastics. Figure and hockey skating was her passion and she was for years a part of many sporting events in Poland. With years passing, her life was always evolving around sport activities, even when she was pursuing her professional carrier in United States, the passion was always there. She stated that: “being active is as being in state of levitation, which frees us from our worries and bridges the mind and the body to state of powerful oneness and serenity”. Dorita’s strong interests in health and self-improvement pushed her to study and apply a wide spectrum of life disciplines as naturopathy, kinesiology, synergy, and proper eating and nutrition. Dorita is a certified personal and group trainer and university graduate with diplomas in International Business, Finance and School of Management.
