My passion as a personal trainer is to help you become physically and mentally strong from the inside out. My sessions and programs include a combination of flexibility, strength, core stability, and cardiovascular training which are tailored to fit the goals and needs of each individual. By learning and implementing proper body mechanics you will speed up recovery from injury, help prevent future injuries, and significantly improve functional and athletic performance. The process may look different from person to person but the end result is the same…being the healthiest, strongest, best possible version of you!

Anthony Campo is both a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutritional Consultant from Penn Foster University. He is also a Performance Enhancement Specialist and Corrective Exercise Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Additionally, he is Red Cross AED and CPR certified. Anthony has a wealth of hands on knowledge as he boasts 5 years of practical experience in the field. He specializes in strength and conditioning, corrective flexibility and mobility, and diet and meal planning. He is personally motivated to exercise by his quest to not only become a more well rounded athlete but also to reach an Elite Level Power lifter status. His favorite activity is power lifting. As a competitive power lifter, Anthony holds raw junior state records for the Squat, Bench Press and Dead lift and he also won the 2009 World Championship in the 100% Raw Federation for the junior 181lb weight class. His philosophy revolves around utilizing both the most innovative and effective techniques to help people achieve all there unique fitness goals.
