Cardio Blast

Cardio Blast

Get your heart pumping with this top to bottom strength and cardiovascular building class. Use of dumb bells, Swiss Balls, BOSU balls, bands, and barbells. You won't be bored in this variety packed, cardio based class.

Heavy Metal

Heavy Metal

Full body approach to improve strength and size with low repetitions and heavier weights.

Tai Chi for Arthritis

Tai Chi for Arthritis

Based on an ancient practice and was further developed specifically for arthritis in 1996. It is an evidence-based program, proven to reduce falls by 70%. Medical studies confirm it also relieves pain, and improves one’s quality of life.

PowerRAC

PowerRAC

A group weight lifting class which utilizes dumbbells, barbells, balls and bands to increase strength and cardiovascular endurance.

Step Aerobics

Step Aerobics

An aerobic workout which utilizes a bench/step with or without risers. It can be modified to any level.

Boot Camp

TBC Bootcamp

Uses stability balls, high steps, dumbbells, bands, kettle bells, if we’ve got it, we use it. The cardiovascular intervals in between sets will have you sweating, and core blast at the end will leave you feeling the burn.

Toning

This light resistance training class provides you with a great workout in either our 30 or 60-minute format.

Yoga

Yoga

Designed to familiarize participants with Yoga postures and breathing techniques, with an emphasis on improving body awareness, strength and flexibility. Sculpt a leaner, stronger body, while releasing stress and fatigue. Each instructor brings their own unique style to their class, some classes include instructor performed adjustments. Classes are designed for all levels.

Zumba

Zumba

Fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. The routines feature sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you've got a Zumba class!

This 30-minute class focuses on strengthening the core: abdominals, obliques, and lower back.

Body Blast

Body Blast

Firm and tone all muscle groups in the body with this low impact, high energy class. Different forms of resistant equipment will be used such as dumbbells, bands, barbells, medicine balls etc.

Pilates

Pilates

Mat Pilates exercises are performed in a slow, controlled, precise manner and require an intense concentration. These exercises help strengthen the body’s core by developing pelvic and scapula stability and abdominal control, using focused breathing patterns. The main fitness goals of a mat Pilates program include improved flexibility, muscle tone, body balance, spinal support, low back health, sports performance, and body-mind awareness.

Aqua Fit

Aqua Fit

Using water weights, bands, noodles, and kick boards this class will help keep joints healthy and moving while focusing on toning and stretching muscles with the help of the water’s resistance. Using a variety of aerobic techniques, exercises and pool weights, you will get a head-to-toe workout in a low impact, high energy, and fun environment. Come swim, jump, and splash your way to a more toned physique. Each instructor brings their own unique style to their class. All classes are modifiable to meet your fitness needs.

PiYo

PiYo

Classes combine yoga and Pilates for a mind-body workout. PiYo is a total-body fitness system designed to whip you into shape from head to toe. It combines the practices of Pilates and yoga to help you build strength, lose weight, increase flexibility and have a great time doing it.

YoChi

YoChi

The ancient Chinese practices of tai chi and the Indian practice of yoga are combined together in slow, deliberate movements, meditation, and breathing exercises in one class .... The postures flow together from 5min of tai chi into 5 min of yoga. Making a slow, relaxed atmosphere and class.

Cycling

Cycling is a moderate to high intensity workout for people of all ages and fitness levels. This class is set to music where riders control their own intensity by adjusting speed and resistance to meet their individual needs. We strongly encourage you to reserve a bike up to 24 hours in advance of your desired class.
