These are core tools you can use to lay the foundation for a lifetime of balanced energy flow and radiant health. No special equipment is needed – just you, your breath and your attention. Wear loose, comfortable clothing and sneakers.

Presenter: Rick Gridley is on the staff at Riverwalk Athletic Club where he teaches yoga. Rick has studied various forms of Chi Gong since 2004 with Michael Winn and Ping Zhen Cheng.
Cost: Free to members. $15 for non-members and includes access to the club for that day.
