Each will be held twice to better fit your busy schedule.
Beginner Indoor Cycling Workshop
Are you intrigued by indoor cycling but feel a little intimidated? Now is your chance to get the basics on bike set up, proper intensity levels, and go for a mini ride to experience what indoor cycling is all about.
Thursday October 9th: Beginner Indoor Cycling 6-6:45pm, Instructor Kerry Zostant
Monday October 20th: Beginner Indoor Cycling 5-5:45pm, Instructor Kerry Zostant
Vinyasa yoga is a style of yoga that strings poses together by focusing on the connection between your breath and movement. Set to music, with instructor adjustments, this class will facilitate a positive personal experience and allow you to go deeper into your practice. All levels welcome.

Wednesday October 15th: Vinyasa Yoga 8-9am, Instructor Kristina Martemucci
