Come anytime during the hour to sit down and discuss what may be keeping you from being in the physical shape you desire to be in. PTA Anthony Campo will provide a quick assessment and give you advice as to how to get your body working for you rather than against you and talk about the benefits of Therapeutic Training.
Valentines for Seniors
We will be collecting Valentine’s Day Cards to bring to Good Sheppard Fairview on February 12th to help them celebrate the holiday. For those children that come to childcare we will have Valentines available to make during childcare hours. If you have children or grandchildren at home that would like to make them at home and bring them in we welcome that too. We will be creating/collecting them from February 1st-11th.
BU Basketball Ticket Giveaway
