Accessing Your Member Portal Account
1. Click on the Member Portal tab in the black side bar on our home page or https://riverwalkac.cshape.net/gym2/MemberLoginBeta.aspx
- Click on “Forgot your Password?”
- On the next page, enter your email address and follow the prompts
*The email address you use must match the one we have on file for you. If more than one member has the same email on file with us, it will not work ie) family members using your email. You will need to create a new email and NOTIFY us to change the email we have on file. If you are unsure of the email you have on file with us or don’t have one on file with us, please contact us so we can verify/update that for you. - Click the link in the Reset Password Confirmation Request email
- Follow the prompts to reset/create your password then click on “Reset Password” *Please check your spam or junk mail for this email
You will be taken back to the original screen where your user name and password should already be filled in. If they are not, you can manually enter them. Your user name will be either your email address or last name-first name (with your name plugged in as it is listed in your account).
As soon as you have accessed the member portal you will be able to view future appointment times. Reservations can be made no earlier than the day before your chosen scheduled time.
Signing into the Member Portal and Reserving an Appointment
- Go to https://riverwalkac.cshape.net/gym2/MemberLoginBeta.aspx
- Click “Sign In”
You will be taken to the home page of the portal. We currently have a limited number of functions enabled to make it as easy as possible for everyone to navigate.
- On the toolbar on the left, click on “Appointments”
You will be taken to the weekly schedule with the list of available appointment times. We have scheduled blocks of time for lap lanes (access to one lap lane), open swim (access to the open swim area of the pool), and the gym floor (access to cardio equipment, resistance machines, free weights, and when classes are not in session, it also allows access to the group ex and cycling studios).
- Scroll Down to find your desired appointment time in the area of the club you would like to use. All reservations can be made starting the day before.
- Click on “Register”
- Verify that the location and time of the appointment are correct (the location you are making a reservation for will be listed in both the “Class” and the “Trainer” fields).
- Scroll down and click on “Add Appointment”
- You will be taken back to the weekly schedule and it will now show “You are Registered” in the Status field. If you made an error and wish to cancel you can click on “Unregister Now” and follow the prompts then repeat steps 4-7 to reserve a different appointment time.
- The Daily COVID Health Screening Questionnaire will be posted next to the scanner at the front desk. Your key tag scan-in is confirmation that you are answering NO to the provided questions and agreeing to our COVID policies.
