It has been 6 long months since we were forced to close our doors and we are excited to be here for our members again and, as of September 16th, all frozen memberships have reactivated if a freeze extension wasn’t requested!
We understand that a lot has changed since March, both in the world as a whole, and at the club in particular, so we are offering all active members the option of a second complimentary freeze until COVID cases decline. If you are not ready to return at all, or you come back to the club then decide you do not want to continue, you can exercise this option at your discretion.
As of October 1st, 2020 our normal cancellation policies are in effect.

Day Passes now available. Walk-ins welcome and will be scheduled at time of Day Pass purchase.
Members will need to schedule a time to visit the club for pool, gym, or group class usage. This can be done through the Member Portal (preferred) or by calling the front desk 607-217-5995
Accessing Your Member Portal Account
1. Click on the Member Portal tab in the black side bar on our home page or https://riverwalkac.cshape.net/gym2/MemberLoginBeta.aspx
You will be taken back to the original screen where your user name and password should already be filled in. If they are not, you can manually enter them. Your user name will be either your email address or last name-first name (with your name plugged in as it is listed in your account).
As soon as you have accessed the member portal you will be able to view future appointment times. Reservations can be made no earlier than the day before your chosen scheduled time.
Signing into the Member Portal and Reserving an Appointment
You will be taken to the home page of the portal. We currently have a limited number of functions enabled to make it as easy as possible for everyone to navigate.
You will be taken to the weekly schedule with the list of available appointment times. We have scheduled blocks of time for lap lanes (access to one lap lane), open swim (access to the open swim area of the pool), and the gym floor (access to cardio equipment, resistance machines, free weights, and when classes are not in session, it also allows access to the group ex and cycling studios).
